Founder of  Chrysalis Center for Girls, a community center and safe haven, she began hosting a fundraiser to fund her vision. Hosting Annual Power Her Conference is a fundraiser that brings together women of color from all walks of life to celebrate black womanhood. Complete with workshops, parties, auctions, a gala and comedy, Power Her Conference promises to be a weekend to remember.
