This is
one of my favorite quotes. According to some people this is one of the secrets
to become successful. This
is a simple concept. I want you take a few seconds and
think about the 5 people that you are around the most in your life. This includes family, friends, and coworkers.
Now I want to you take out paper and pen.
Write down the name of these 5 people that you hang out with the
most. Write down their name, job title,
and estimated salary. Do
you know that you are the average of these 5 people? Are you surrounded by the
movers and shakers or people who don’t have any desires? Are they successful
and goal oriented? How much do they motivated you to live your dreams?
Start paying attention to who is around
you. If you associate with people who
are successful, they will influence you in profound ways. Successful people are motivators, have great
connections, and will correct you wisely. Most successful people want you to be
successful. They know that there is enough to go around. As an entrepreneur, you want to surround
yourself around people that are passion and dedicate. This is not saying that
if you best friend is a nurse, that you stop hanging around them. Surround
yourself around people that love what they are doing and excel in their
profession. As the saying goes, if you are the smartest person in the room, it
is time to upgrade your friends and associates.
If you already have wonderful people
surrounding you. Let them know, thank
them for being part of your life. Have gratitude for people that are positive
